SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Various shippers are used including DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way. Package delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs or weather-related postal delays.

RETURNS

Returns or exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of receipt. We regret that we are not responsible for any items returned after this 30-day period and no refunds will be given after the 30-day period has ended.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the result of our error.

All items must be returned in the exact same condition that they were received including any product box or container, instruction manuals, spare parts, or other related items. Please use the original packaging to return your item if possible. If not, please be sure to pack the item in suitable packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or was the incorrect item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. We will provide you with instructions.
