Dungeness Crab Dip Recipe

There's something special about Dungeness crab! This Dungeness Crab recipe is flavored with artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese and is super easy to make. Serve with crusty French bread for a delicious appetizer.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 8 - 10 Minutes


  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned, water packed)
  • 1/2 lb Dungeness crab meat
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Maui onion (or sweet onion), sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped


  1. Drain, then coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Transfer into an oven proof casserole dish spreading dip to a thickness of 1-inch.

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until hot.  Caution: do not overheat or mayonnaise will separate. 
  2. Serve with French bread or crackers.
