Wine Review - Uvaggio Vermentino 2016

Pouring the wine, this Vermentino has a light straw-yellow color in the glass with aromas of lemon, chamomile and grass. Tasting the wine, there are notes of citrus, green apple and honey. The acidity is well balanced and not overpowering with a buttery, mineral finish at the end. The folks at Uvaggio believe wine should be fun to drink.
