The 2015 (13% alc./$10.00) starts with an intense dark red in the glass. There are strong aromas of ripe purple plum and dark cherry, with tastes of black licorice (which gives it a slightly medicinal taste), cherries and ripe strawberries. The tastes become more complex and smoother as the wine opens.

Educated Guess 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon was purchased based on...an educated guess. I was searching for a Cabernet to serve with beef tenderloin for an upcoming dinner party. The label intrigued me and when I read that it was a Napa Cab, I decided I couldn't go wrong. I'm glad my 'educated guess' was correct - this is a great Cabernet for the price.
Villa Pozzi Nero d'Avola is a red wine from Sicily, Italy. We have been enjoying Nero d’Avola winesfor some time now because they're so drinkable, approachable and food friendly. It’s a nice alternative to a Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, or Merlot and has a lighter mouthfeel. Besides, it's a delicious, underrated wine for less than $10.
This Jester is seriously rich. The ripe aromas of thyme, cassis and cherrie sare enriched with spiced chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, these aromas are plumped out further by lush and creamy oak and just a few grams of sugar left in the wine. This makes for a full body, full throttle Cabernet. It is a juicy wine that you can immediately sink into.
